Through my decade of experience working in corporate America, | became well-educated in the intricacies of finance and business law. I quickly became aware of the benefits of in-house legal counsel guiding policy, decision making and transactions for large corporations. When I decided to start my own small business, I was excited to employ much of what I learned in the corporate setting into a closely held corporation.

For many years, I dedicated my time to small business creation, management, and consulting. Many small business practices are predicated on history and momentum, which limit their growth, profit potential, and subsequently expose them to complicated legal issues. Small businesses simply did not have access to the type of legal guidance that large corporations gained from in-house legal counsel. This is where I decided I could work to level the playing field.

I made the choice to obtain a law degree to provide further value to growing small businesses. With a focus on corporate law, I could counsel small and mid-sized business owners to form their dream businesses and operate with the effectiveness of their corporate counterparts and competitors.

For six years, I focused my work in the residential construction field. As a result, I have learned the finer points of contracts, negotiation, dispute resolution and navigating the permit process with local municipalities.  Now I offer specialized representation, guidance and support for any project – large or small.

My education and practical background make me uniquely qualified to offer a wealth of resources and expertise to help others create and grow their businesses. It is an honor and privilege to do so.
